I have spent my career on both sides of the logistics relationship. As an operator, I bought warehousing, 3PL, and final mile delivery for high growth ecommerce retailers, and answered for every missed window and damaged shipment. As a business developer at a national 3PL, I designed, priced, and sold those same services. That combination is rare: I know where a quote is padded, which SLAs a partner can actually hold, and what it takes to deliver what sales commits.
The numbers behind that: I grew new business revenue 70%+ in a year, from $5.68M to an annualized $9.7M. I cut annual freight costs 29.3%. I directed a 17 member core team and grew into de facto leadership of a 50+ person organization through 100%+ year over year growth. I care about clarity, measurable outcomes, and building systems that let a business scale without breaking.
Since late 2025 I have applied that same discipline to AI. I direct coding agents from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and xAI as product owner, architect, and reviewer, and have shipped a portfolio of live products on web and Android, six of them running in front of real users. The work runs the full stack of what AI can do in production today: multi-agent workflows under a written operating contract with cross-vendor code review, Claude-powered backends with prompt-injection defenses, a live Model Context Protocol server with anti-hallucination guardrails, and generative image, music, and video pipelines behind versioned prompts and QA gates. I have worked with generative AI since ChatGPT's public release in late 2022.

Personal AI OS
Private. A hash-attested operating contract under which Claude, Codex, and Grok work my repositories together: one director lane, explicit data scopes, owner-only approval, and a Command Deck that reports only what it can prove.
I've volunteered with the Civil Air Patrol, the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary, since 2011, and I commanded our squadron from 2016 to 2018: 60+ volunteers, two aircraft, and our state's top emergency-services rating. It's where I learned that good leadership is mostly preparation and trust.
At home in Buffalo Grove, I'm a husband and a dad of two (plus two dogs who are convinced they count too), and most weekends are built around family.
Off the clock I'm hands-on: a new deck, the backyard pool project, a full run of raised garden beds every summer. I also collect world banknotes and mechanical tool watches, mostly as excuses to fall down a good history-and-design rabbit hole.
